Reliability is a big part of our lives and our businesses. It contributes to that elusive boundary in our eternal quest for peace of mind. We sometimes take reliability for granted. But it doesn't take us for granted. When we need it and it's not there, we suffer. When we need it and it is there, we're OK (or we don't suffer as much). And like everything else in this world, there's a value for reliability. That value is determined by each of us, within us, within our own psyche and within our own value systems and business models.
At PD7 Products Inc., our business is DC power. We sell it as a complement to AC power. We hype the reliability of DC power because even though our products hit on all aspects of alternative energy, energy savings, cost savings and green technology, we promote reliability up front since it means safety and security for our customers. That means safety and security for families and for businesses. There's a price to pay for our products and a value received from our products based on the level of reliability that they provide. You'll see, in various parts of our website, headlines about power failures and outages. We do this because we believe that DC power could help at least some of the thousands (sometimes millions) of homes and businesses around the world that are affected by these outages each week.
